Site Technician

JOB SUMMARY

Dolphin is hiring two Site Technicians to carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance of products at customer sites nationwide. The role involves diagnosing faults, producing site reports, and working closely with the Customer Service team.

It is a remote, site-based position with regular travel and some overnight stays, based on a 40-hour week with overtime available. The role comes with a competitive salary and a strong benefits package, including a bonus scheme, 30 days’ holiday, private healthcare, and development opportunities.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is technically confident, self-sufficient, and comfortable working on the road.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will provide essential administrative support across all Operations functions within the Dolphin team, helping to keep projects and processes running efficiently.

The role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
