Forestway Shopping Centre is a well-established retail destination serving the Northern Beaches community in Sydney. The centre provides a convenient mix of shopping, dining, and essential services for residents and visitors. To support Forestway’s ongoing focus on customer satisfaction and amenity standards, the public washrooms were upgraded to deliver a more contemporary and welcoming environment for patrons.
The refurbishment was designed to balance presentation with performance, creating amenities that reflect the premium quality of the overall shopping centre experience. Through the incorporation of premium finishes, modern fixtures, and carefully considered design elements, the upgraded washrooms provide visitors with a comfortable and cohesive environment while supporting the centre’s ongoing commitment to cleanliness and convenience.
OUR CONTRIBUTION:
Dolphin Solutions supplied our behind-mirror WashWall System, incorporating integrated sensor taps, soap dispensers and hand dryers to create a seamless and highly functional washroom solution. The touch-free technology supports a hygienic user experience, while providing the durability and reliability required in a busy retail environment.
Beyond the WashWall System, Dolphin supplied a comprehensive suite of complementary washroom accessories, including waste traps, bottle traps, bins, combination units, and toilet roll holders. To achieve a consistent premium finish throughout the facilities, all fixtures were supplied in Dolphin’s signature Brushed Brass bespoke finish. A custom brass trim was also incorporated around the mirror system, further enhancing the washroom’s sophisticated aesthetic.
The integrated design provides a clean and contemporary appearance while simplifying maintenance and day-to-day operations. By combining premium finishes with robust, low-maintenance technology, Dolphin Solutions helped Forestway Shopping Centre create a luxurious, high-performing washroom environment that reflects the centre’s commitment to customer comfort, convenient reliability, and long-term value.
