Commercial end-of-trip facilities have never looked so good
Located within Sydney’s primary business precinct, 400 George Street continues to evolve as a premium commercial workplace. The building’s planned refurbishment commenced in late 2024, and the newly upgraded end-of-trip facilities were completed in early 2026. For these specific amenities, our team delivered WashWall Systems paired with Dolphin tapware, contributing to a premium wellness-focused experience for individuals working within the building.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
400 George Street is a prominent commercial office tower positioned on the corner of George and King Streets in Sydney’s CBD. The property has undergone significant repositioning and renovations in recent years, with the intent of modernising the asset and enhancing tenant experience. Upgraded arrival spaces, improved connectivity, and contemporary amenities were amongst the priorities for this commercial project.
The refurbishment reflects the growing demand for facilities that support active commuting and workplace wellbeing. New end-of-trip amenities provide the building’s tenants with premium shower, change, and personal care facilities — encouraging sustainable transport options such as walking, running, or cycling to work.
OUR CONTRIBUTION:
Dolphin was responsible for supplying integrated WashWall Systems for the end-of-trip washrooms. Our installed products include foam soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers integrated within our Solo Mirror cabinetry. The behind-mirror system is paired with counter-mounted Inform Swan Neck Taps in a black boutique finish.
The back-lit LED soap and towel labels are the only indication of the smart washroom technology concealed behind the mirrors. This EOT project was specified as a Premium system with the inclusion of a Dolphin control panel and the ability to connect to the Building Management System (BMS).
The EOT facilities provide a sophisticated design without compromising on the performance and reliability required in a busy commercial environment. The installed Dolphin products play a key role in providing tenants with an inviting and highly functional washroom environment — supporting the developer’s refurbishment plans and aligning with the premium positioning of 400 George Street.
