Dolphin contributed to the building’s end-of-trip facilities, helping create a high-quality washroom environment that supports modern workplace expectations and active commuting.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Completed in 2016, the EY Centre at 200 George Street is a 37-storey office tower situated between Circular Quay and Wynyard. Designed by award-winning architects fjcstudio, the building is recognised for its distinctive timber and glass facade, advanced environmental performance, and innovative workplace design.
Developed by Mirvac, the tower has achieved several sustainability milestones — including a 6 Star Green Star rating. Designed to meet the needs of leading corporate tenants, the building incorporates modern workplace amenities that focus on employee wellbeing, flexibility, and sustainability.
A key component of the tenant experience is the provision of premium end-of-trip facilities, encouraging active transport methods and supporting healthy lifestyles for the building’s occupants. In late 2024, Mirvac initiated the refurbishment of the EOT facilities as part of the building’s ongoing enhancement program.
OUR CONTRIBUTION:
Our infrared sensor tapware was specified for the building’s end-of-trip facilities, helping deliver a premium experience consistent with the quality and sustainability credentials of the tower.
Designed to accommodate daily use by office workers, the EOT washrooms focus on touch-free hygiene and performance reliability. For maintenance crews, the installed products are easy to clean and provide accessibility for contractors.
Dolphin’s tapware was supplied with a stunning Light Bronze Brown electroplated finish to complement the entire washroom aesthetic — from mirror framing to door hardware.
The result is an end-of-trip environment that supports workplace wellbeing, complements the building’s premium design standards, and enhances the overall tenant experience within one of Sydney’s landmark commercial office developments.
