Setting the standard for commercial office washrooms
Positioned in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, 126 Phillip Street is one of the city’s most recognisable premium office towers. As part of a staged, multi-level refurbishment, the male and female amenities on Level 25 have been upgraded and each washroom now features a Dolphin WashWall System with wall-mounted DS tapware. The result is a modern, touch-free washroom experience that sets the benchmark for the floors to follow.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
126 Phillip Street is a 34-storey tower in Sydney’s financial district, home to leading corporate, legal and government tenants. The building holds WELL Platinum certification, reflecting a strong focus on occupant health and wellbeing.
To match these expectations, several levels are being refurbished, with Level 25 among the first completed. The new washroom fit-out combines premium materials with a practical and hygienic design, creating amenities that support a modern, high-performing workplace.
OUR CONTRIBUTION:
Dolphin Solutions supplied the LITE WashWall System for both the male and female washrooms on Level 25, as the first level completed in this staged refurbishment project.
Solo style mirrors conceal alternating high-speed hand dryers and paper towel dispensers, giving users a choice of drying method while keeping the side walls free of wall-mounted fixtures. The Dolphin infrared sensor tapware completes the touch-free handwashing sequence.
With all services housed behind the mirror doors, the result is a seamless, uncluttered aesthetic that is easy for building staff to maintain, and a washroom standard that will be carried through the building’s refurbished levels.
