Powder coating or electrostatic spray deposition (ESD) is the most common and popular type of colour application process for metal products and components. A free-flowing organic powder in a completely dry form is applied by electrostatic attraction to metal, and then heated up and smoothly fused with the metal in a curing oven. This provides a durable, uniform, attractive and high-quality finish.

Elsley House is a 66,900 sq. ft. contemporary office building comprising of seven floors, located just off London’s Oxford Circus. The building required high quality washrooms that were inspirational as well as compliant. They needed products that could inspire as well as cater for all types of user, whilst complementing the art deco design of the original building and its contemporary interior. Dolphin Solutions supported Burwell Deakins Architects and Stevens Services West End to create a very functional, outstanding washroom.
