The client sought to maximize our expertise and comprehensive restroom product range, aiming for a seamless and fully integrated solution.
To ensure they fully understood the quality and innovation behind our offerings, we invited them to the Dolphin showroom and our headquarters. The visit included a guided tour, a working lunch, and an in-depth demonstration of our ALAVO Behind Mirror System.
The result was a swift decision-making process and a quick turnaround for The Watches of Switzerland restroom project.
Restroom project challenge
The client had reservations about committing to the multifeed soap cartridge system, particularly regarding its perceived limitations.
Through detailed discussions, we demonstrated the long-term advantages of ALAVO and the benefits of soap cartridge refills, including cost efficiency, reduced maintenance, WELL V2 compliance, and superior hygiene. The client ultimately recognized the value and opted for the full Dolphin ALAVO mirror system.
Installation also presented some hurdles, but the Dolphin team worked closely with the contractors to quickly resolve the issues, ensuring a smooth completion.
