Estimator
JOB SUMMARY
As an Estimator, you will prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for commercial restroom projects across the US, helping turn opportunities into won business.
You will review architectural, MEP, and GC bid packages to build detailed material and labor estimates, prepare formal quotes and proposals for contractors, architects, and clients, and manage the full estimate lifecycle from takeoff through revisions and final submission. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Design teams, track quotes and opportunities in the CRM, and liaise with Estimating and Production teams in the US and UK to keep pricing and lead times current.
You will bring at least 5 years of estimating experience in a GC, subcontractor, or manufacturing environment, with strong drawing and specification interpretation skills. No restroom industry experience is needed — full product and technical training provided.

Project Manager
JOB SUMMARY
As a Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of Dolphin Solutions’ custom washwall systems for commercial construction and fit-out clients across the US, from contract award through manufacture, dispatch, installation, and final reconciliation.
You will hold schedule, budget, and scope across each project, coordinating the flow from order to manufacture to field install while keeping the shop and site aligned. You will review subcontracts and lead contract negotiations, manage change orders and claims, and track payment milestones through to clean reconciliation. You will ensure quality through inspection and submittal processes, maintain safety compliance including OSHA standards, and drive improvements to the systems and reporting that run delivery.
You will bring proven project management experience in commercial construction or fit-out, strong commercial acumen with subcontracts and claims, and the ability to read construction drawings and specifications. A PMP, CCM, or OSHA 30-Hour certification is a plus.
